Platform/App is easy to use. You can compare your previous Tarrifs with the new ones. What I like the most, is the Automatic Resignation from the previous provider to a new one. Which makes it a lot easier to change, without problems. Pretty convenient, especially with Germany's bureaucracy.

The price fluctuates every 10 seconds, and the initial price displayed is misleading—it’s just a bait. Moreover, completing the booking process was frustrating and time-consuming. It took us three attempts and several hours in total. First, the SEPA payment option didn’t work. Then, we tried using a credit card, but that also failed. Finally, we succeeded with PayPal. However, each time we reached the final step, the website would freeze, forcing us to restart the process. Every time we had to.

Bad experience. Awful. Check24 claims the movlbile contract cancellation process is easy and that they take care of everything. I went through the entire process only to find out at the very end that my ID is not accepted. ID verification is a HARD REQUIREMENT and should be checked at STEP ZERO, not after the user has already invested time and effort. Simple thing, but you'd have to hire an actual UX designer. ZERO STARS. This is basic process design and should be communicated upfront
