Ratings and reviews

The definition of conflict of interest. The app makes money by selling you insurances you don't need. It's obvious they do not have contracts with every provider and cannot be trusted. Essentially, the app is one big advertisement. The only useful feature is to have your insurances in the cloud and seeing when you can unsubscribe from them, but to be honest, this can be replaced by having a Google drive with your contracts. And for the "advise", just ask ChatGPT, it will be more neutral.

Poor app development. Can't delete contracts that are pending scan, can't add running ones because after asking for my phone number everytime, I get thrown back to the main page without adding anything. If you modify your personal info, you don't get a confirmation when you click save. Simply put, the app is trash.

The app in general is good but ordering insurances via the app is not what I was expecting. For example, I have ordered an insurance via the app. I wanted to ask regarding the status of the insurance and how long people usually have to wait. The answer was to go ask the insurance company directly. The bottom line is that Clark is really great as a dashboard with your insurances. But all the stuff related to acquiring or terminating the insurance is better to be done via the insurance company.
