I'm missing the possibility to communicate with comdirect through the app. traveling overseas and suddenly getting the credit card blocked with the information that a new card is sent to my home without information or any details given brings me into severe logistical problems and requires a communication. but using the normal telephone is very costly. at least an email exchange would be helpful

it used to be good, but now lots of bugs in the app and how the web/mobile apps interact and because of that bug my account is blocked and I have to wait for I dunno how many days for them to read my email with the document to unblock my account! I have had an account for 8 years !!!

Most people now use the app because web banking forces you to use the PhotoTAN on your phone just to log in. Now you're requiring an update or confirmation of our details, you force use of the website. Please add this very simple functionality to the app, which should have priority over the website for the reason given. (personally I'd prefer using website on computer, but not if you have to use phone anyway). I've also been unable to find out the applicable interest rate for my Tagesgeld in app
