it used to be good, but now lots of bugs in the app and how the web/mobile apps interact and because of that bug my account is blocked and I have to wait for I dunno how many days for them to read my email with the document to unblock my account! I have had an account for 8 years !!!

I'm missing the possibility to communicate with comdirect through the app. traveling overseas and suddenly getting the credit card blocked with the information that a new card is sent to my home without information or any details given brings me into severe logistical problems and requires a communication. but using the normal telephone is very costly. at least an email exchange would be helpful

Balance is displaying technical balance, not the real available balance (which is listed in faint gray under the technical balance), making it harder to understand the state of the account and available money. If the transaction has been booked, I don't care that the money is still in the account, it's already blocked and will be deducted, why would I care to see the technicalities of a bank. I care how much money I actually have that I can spend.
