Ratings and reviews

The app is still behind other major online banks (don't want to list them here). But what is utterly not acceptable is the way how authentication works. I refer to the "photo tan" app, which is a separate app for reasons unclear. It only works via a code sent by physical mail. When the graphic expires, it provides no indication that it is expired, it simply fails to scan it. The phone support guy seemed to not understand his own bank, he claimed things which were straight wrong.

UPD: neither 2, nor 1 picture can be uploaded. The error is always the same: "Dateien konnten leider nicht übermittelt werden". I was asked to upload the pictures of my ID via the app to confirm my identity. The app however keeps saying that the pictures couldn't be uploaded. Quite a sad attempt to digitalise a standard procedure.

Update: the developers fixed the bug after the last upgrade quite quickly and the biometric login is available again and works perfectly ! Thank you very much for the fast reaction! I updated my review as well. Old review: After the update from 08.06.2026 there is no Biometrie available any more. I have a Huawei P30 with Android 9 (the maximum Android version for this phone)
