Pay with the app
Simply hold the smartphone to the terminal. Thanks to the unlock function of the app, a PIN is no longer required to pay.

Use Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken cards
Order a new digital girocard in the app or activate it again on another device. Easily store Visa or Mastercard digitally in the app.

Keep track of payments
Always keep an eye on payments thanks to the overview in the app.

High security standards
The same security standards apply to paying with the app as for physical debit and credit cards. If necessary, cards can also be activated or deactivated for payment.

• a current account capable of making payments at a participating Volksbank Raiffeisenbank
• a valid TAN procedure (Sm@rtTan, SecureGo plus)
• Active access to online banking
• an NFC-enabled smartphone

Cards aren't loaded from time to time, which was never the case with the previous app. Super annoying when standing at the checkout and the app doesn't load properly. My guess would be that it's due to bad reception which is weird.

If you set a card as "Standardkarte" you don' have to open the app before you pay. Just unlock your smartphone and pay with it. Otherwise send an email to our support address pf-digitalekarten@atruvia.de.

It does not even recognize the BLZ if I wanna set up the app. I did copy/paste from my account and the app can't find my bank in the system...... Mmmmhhhhh. No help button and no service gets provided. Makes no sense to ask for BLZ and then not even recognize the Bank.

The BLZ is the 5th - 12th digit of your IBAN. Have you already tried this? Which bank is it? Thanks, yours supportteam.

New app required a new setup. Went through it, users might not know what a BLZ is. Still much better experience now. Will still continue to use Google Pay since it offers to use different cards and I can reach by power button long-press. - - - Minus points for no English translation.

Hallo Alexander Rudde, Bitte deinstallieren Sie die App und installieren diese dann erneut. Stellen Sie die Karten danach wieder her. Die App sollte danach wieder funktionieren.
