Pay with the app
Simply hold your smartphone against the terminal. Thanks to the app's unlocking function, you no longer need a PIN to pay.

Use Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken cards
Order a new digital girocard in the app or reactivate it on another device. Simply store your Visa or Mastercard digitally in the app.

Keep an eye on payments
Always keep an eye on payments thanks to the overview in the app.

High security standards
The same security standards apply to paying with the app as to physical debit and credit cards. If necessary, cards can also be activated or deactivated for payment.


Requirements
• a payment account with a participating Volksbank Raiffeisenbank
• a valid TAN procedure (Sm@rtTan, SecureGo plus)
• active access to online banking
• an NFC-enabled smartphone

Usage notice
To pay with the app, the smartphone's NFC function must be activated.

Ratings and reviews

A big disappointment. The whole world use apple pay and Google pay and Volksbank use this poor app... Bank wants to save money and not make our lives easier. I uninstall it immediately...

I am really unhappy that you require me to install this app for tap to pay on Android phones. Please make your credit and debit cards available for the default Google Wallet app. Why build and maintain a custom app when the native platforms already offer the same (and better) functionality? PS: Now I am using PayPal as a middleman to be able to "use your credit card" in Google Wallet app... Really bad setup for privacy reasons.

Auf dem iPhone kann ich einfach via Apple Pay bezahlen, warum könnt ihr auf Android nicht einfach Google Wallet implementieren? Warum überhaupt eine seperate App?! NO English localization, really?! NO dark mode?! NO android quick settings (QS) tile?! NO adaptive app icon?!
