The application feels outdated compared to other products. It doesn't support using the fingerprint sensor. I always have to enter my complicated long password. In general it's annoying to have a separate application to approve the login, this should be included into the banking app. Overall, the difficult online banking experience is the reason I'm looking to switch to a different bank account.

This App is so temperamental, most of the time it seems to work. But then all of a sudden, it fails to allow you to confirm transactions. If you bank for VR-Bank it's a must, but there has to be a more reliable way to authorise transactions. in contrast, my HypoVereinsbank app, works every time without fail.

This app is somewhat mandatory to generate TANs for online shopping via credit card, fine but why does this app try to force me to connect it to my back account? It's neither required nor wanted and only due to the fact I ran into an internal timeout I was able to access the rest of the options of this app to set up a TAN for my credit card. Rather unprofessional app and doesn't generate much trust in this app if it tries to force me into unwanted services.
