Functional description:
After installing the app, the map data will be loaded. If your smartphone is connected to a WLAN, this happens automatically. The data can also be downloaded with a cellular connection. To do this, tap the pop-up window to confirm. Please note that this will be at the expense of your data volume.
You can now use the app “offline”. This means that an internet connection is no longer required. An online connection must be established to access external websites, e-mail and telephone calls. If Wi-Fi is not available, activate the "Mobile data" switch in your smartphone's settings.
In order for your current position to be displayed on the map, please confirm that the app always has access to your device location.
In the main menu you will find a list of special points of interest, sorted by distance from your current location. In the main menu you will also find a list of the 8 stages of the circular tour through the Braunschweiger Land. The tour description contains information such as length, altitude, level of difficulty and the route with information about the POIs (places of interest) along the route. After calling up the tour, the route is displayed on the map and the bike tour can start. Your position is constantly updated on the map. How far it is to reach your destination is shown by the remaining mileage display at the top of the screen. For example, if you leave the route by making a wrong turn, a warning tone sounds. Arriving at your destination safely and relaxed is no problem.
Further information on operation can be found in the “Help” menu.
