Welcome to the new HERE WeGo!

HERE WeGo is a free navigation app that guides local and global travelers on journeys both familiar and foreign. The app now has a fresh, new design and clearer, easier to use navigation.

Enjoy a more carefree journey and reach your destination effortlessly, however you need to get there. Get there on foot with easy-to-follow walk guidance. Take public transport in more than 1,900 cities around the world. Or use turn-by-turn voice guidance with accurate driving directions and go by car. You can even find parking at your destination and get guided directly to it.

Visit the same places often? Save them in a collection to stay organised and find them easier. Or use shortcuts to get directions to them in one click

Need to make an extra stop or want to go a specific way? Simply add waypoints to your routes and HERE WeGo guides you there.

Want to save your mobile data and stay on course even without an internet connection when travelling? Download a map of a region, country or continent and complete your journey while staying totally offline.

It exactly what it's supposed to do in a simple, clean UI. No necessary frills like voice and auto routing. The ability to turn traffic off is great. The only thing I recommend is changing the default display to "north up". As adults, we should all understand cardinal directions.

It seems nice and I really wanted to like it, but it's really hard to like. (1) You can't type or use voice when using Android Auto and it won't let you open the app on your phone, meaning to put in a destination you have to have searched for it previously or unplug your phone, that's not intuitive. (2) Searching brings up awful options. It'll suggest a 40mi gas station before a 5mi one. Is it that hard to rank by distance? (3) Many locations are missing, have outdated information, etc.

Offline maps work, but there is no option to update them after download, need to delete map and reinstall. GPS tracking is delayed, I have missed multiple turns because of it, so I have to look at the screen to know when to turn instead of trusting the voice guidance. The addition of EV charging locations is very helpful.

Get instructions repeated while driving. Simply tap the upper left side of your guidance screen. To get a wider guidance view, tap the upper right side of the screen.

Motorcycle guidance

Take the quickest or scenic route with route options, turn-by-turn instructions with map visuals and voice guidance. You can also save and find where you parked.
