About this app

The health passport captures all user-related information required for a doctor's visit or in an emergency. This includes name, date of birth, contact persons, allergies and intolerances, pre-existing conditions, medications, surgeries, blood type, etc. Once the information has been entered, a summary of all details appears as a clear data sheet as soon as the app is launched.
