this app has issues such as it has prompts that are underneath the phone's navigation menu at the bottom of the screen which prevents you from clicking the confirm button. it also has problems with the chat feature where you can't see the box that you're entering your text because the keyboard is on top of it. it should instead move the text box up so you can see as you type.

Too long to wait! I was waiting for one hour and nothing happened! I can't use my phone for anything else, and i was very frustrated to wait so long. No update on how long I should wait, and what should happen. I couldn't identify myself and now i need to cancel the sim i already purchased (and can't use until verified). I used some other apps for authentication online, this one is the worse one.
