This app has the worst workers. They disconnect from calls without any reason. Only one time the guy didn't immediately disconnect, but when I showed him my passport, he said "This is not the right document" and disconnected. I have no clue how this app has such a great rating, because it's really bad

Doesn't work on a Galaxy S21 ultra. Video selfie appears sharp during the recording process and is then showing a blurry selfie image after the upload is rejected. Tried about 20 times in different lighting condition. Tried restarting app and phone. Nothing helped.

Selfie verification did not work at all. The preview was a sharp and crisp image, but after moving closer to the camera it always said "that didn't work" and showed a completely blurry image. I tried it more than 10 times, always the same error. Also, I had to wait quite a while for the video verification even though it was in the middle of the night.
