For some reason I was asked to download this app, cuz I have to verify my identity to log in to my GMX account. I uploaded the info at 4pm, but it still loading with a message "wait a moment, your data is being verified". Almost 7 hours already:(

The experience which was meant to be simple was laborious and took so much time. Also the app kept stopping and had to restart several times. I had to use the web option to conclude the process. I got in touch with one worker who was rude because i did not understand him well. Thankfully the feed cut off. And the second was not too professional, he kept me waiting for a while before attending to me.

Does not recognize German NE ID 9 out of 10 times. Once it recognizes the image, it doesn't start reading the chip, pressing the button to start does nothing. Since the ID process with the website that needed is already started, you can't opt for anything else until some time has passed. So, frustrating and useless.
