GPS Permissions in Latest Update This application now requires device location and is no longer as lightweight as it was.
Seems good but.... Update: still mostly fine but occasionally gives me impossibly high step counts. Using in conjunction with Google Fit seems to help keep app honest. No task killers or battery savers. A new bug is that occasionally I find the pedometer is wildly inaccurate, adding an extra 10-12,000 steps on a given day for no apparent reason. Interestingly, when the information goes into Google fit, it's generally much more accurate.
Widget doesn't update promptly 5 star review except for that. And very occasionally (once) it didn't record my day.
Lightweight. How to reset steps to 0? I find myself going to app settings and erasing the data frequently because there is no reset button. Otherwise I like the simple interface. Physical pedometers have only one button. A reset button. Each time I go for a walk around the neighborhood, I reset the pedometer and at the end I know how many steps I did for that walk. I am not as interested in cumulative steps for the day or week. Where is open source? I don't know Android but maybe i can add a reset menu option.
No step history Seems to work fine, but there's no way to look back at step history. I'm sure it's keeping the data from two weeks ago, but the user can't see it.
Great and accurate App. However, is there a way to "reset" it? Like to zero?
