I have started experienced issues with the app. My problems started 2 days ago. Since then every time when I have tried to log in the app has restarted by itself. I can't use it at all anymore.... It is really frustrating... on top of that after the last update it requires me to put password everytime when I am trying to log in. Something that I find very frustrating too.

RX3 user. This app is utterly useless, the app cannot stay connected to the device, either on the same wifi or using the cloud account. It is totally unbelievable that a corporation such as Miele cannot write a decent app or fix the hardware issues. I work in software, this stuff should be easy. Customer support shall feel my wrath. It's 5 months since this app was last updated, it's shocking that they've fixed nothing. Your words not mine "We are constantly striving to become “immer besser”.

Does not hold the map. After several trials I still could not vacuum the whole house without the robot throw an error and giving it lots of assistance. Does not connect with the robot reliably. I was expecting it would use the cameras to map the place and looks like it is only using for wall avoidance. I wish it was open sourced and the comms are well documented so people could try to improve it.
