After my graduation I thought Id sell some books to make money for my uni plans, I wanted to do that wirh momox as I only heard good things about it. Well, I guess its a one time experiance. I send 8 books to them in almost perfect condition, since I didnt use my books a lot. After 7-8 days I got a message that a book was declined because of a missing code?? Im very dissapointed and I guess I'll have to stick to vinted and ebay, at least there you know that a person benefits from the goods.

literally book thieves. app works ok, however, every time i sell to them they reject some of the higher priced books as "soiled or damaged" even though they are absolutely not. some of the rejected books were bought new and never even read by myself, they just stood in a bookshelf unopened before being sent to momox. visibly used but cheaper items are always accepted so this does feel very intentional, basically a way to cheat you out of your money.

I rarely write reviews, but I'm really disappointed. They expect items to be in perfect condition for next to nothing. I carefully checked all the items before shipping — they were in very good condition. Of course, they weren’t new, but they had no flaws like stains or holes. They rejected 80% of them, and now I have to pay 4 euros to have them returned because I don’t want them to recycle the items,which also makes me wonder whether they will actually recycle the items or just try to sell them
