How do I redeem my e-prescription with my electronic health insurance card via NFC?

1. Download and set up the app

Download the app. Start the scanner in the e-prescription section by tapping the button. Enter your mobile phone number. You will then receive a confirmation code via SMS. You have 15 minutes from this point to add your health insurance card.

2. Connect your health insurance card

Enter the 6-digit access number of your card. You can find this number in the upper right corner of your health insurance card. You can save your mobile phone number and card number. If you later want to redeem an e-prescription from a different health insurance card, simply overwrite the saved card number.

3. Redeem your e-prescription & free shipping*

Place your health insurance card on top of or below your smartphone. The scanner is located on the front or back of the smartphone, depending on the model. The e-prescription transfer will start automatically, and the medication will be added to your shopping cart.
