Very bad app I ordered a package and they said they couldn't reach us but then they said that it was still in the area where it was sorted. Then they said they'll send it the next day. We were home the whole two days. We checked if our bell doesn't work but it completely does! Very bad service. But they didn't come on the second day too and then finally we told them to kepp it in the hermes shop so we can collect it from there. So I knew that the Package DIDN'T actually come to our house.Frauds!

Do yourself a favor and never use Hermes to send your packages. I have 3 packages from 3 different online shops and stores around the world and I was supposed to receive them within two weeks and after almost 3 weeks I haven't received any of them. Truly the worst customer service. Calling them is pointless. Either they won't answer or when they do, they will not speak English. This company was designed to make sure to ruin your days and never ever deliver your packages.

The Notification option doesn't work in general and no Live-tracking. Apart from that it's OK.
