It is the worst delivery company you can ever see. They didn't deliver my package saying address was ambigous, and three days later they asked me to correct my address, and package will be delivered 1-2 business day. Then after waiting for 4 days I find out that they started the process of returning it back to sender without telling anything. Their live agents are useless as well and leave the conversation whenever they want without solving anything. Never use this company for your deliveries!!!

My package has been delayed for weeks and Hermes has not taken any effective action to solve the problem. Even after requesting a delivery change and providing a new address, nothing has been updated and the package is still not delivered. The customer support response is slow and unhelpful, and I keep receiving the same automated messages without any real solution. Very disappointing experience. I expect faster handling and clearer communication from a delivery company.

Why you're the only app that doesn't have live tracking or at least timeframe at the day of the delivery!! Please get on with the times update the app with live tracking!!! It makes no sense to have to wait the whole day for a package that one has absolutely no clue when exactly is it getting delivered!!! Had to litterally take a whole day off cause of an expensive package that i needed to get personally had to wait litterally +8 hours front of the house till finally the delivery man arrived!!
