Absolute mess! My delivery was delayed and hidden from the main view, and "delivered to neighbor" didn't even say which one; You have to check your email to find a name. Even worse, it doesn't link deliveries to your address (unlike DHL), so you have to manually type the tracking number every single time. What is the point of signing up and this app then!? Shout out to the Product Manager for clearly never using their own product!!

the WORST package delivery service, if you have the chance to use this company waste it. they give a specific time and day and they postpone without a notice, even with notifications on. Will give 2 stars because 1 star reviews don't get much consideration here.

I liked that I can easily fill in the address via clipboard! cool feature. just tried to send my first package and have to admit, that everything is very intuitive!! also great, that even without being logged in, I can see my purchased label. love it!
