- a diary in which you can record your period pains and other complaints,
- an overview of your collected diary entries,
- bundled medical expert knowledge, for example about the cycle, self-help measures, information about diseases such as endometriosis and
- Instructions on exercises such as aroma self-massage, yoga and acupressure.
If you are a returning participant, please register. You then go through the registration process until you go to your health insurance company. You will then get your old profile back.
