Am I allowed to do this yet? Is it too much? Am I doing something wrong?
We know these questions all too well from our daily practice. PHYSIO ON gives you the answer: a clear training plan, developed by physiotherapists who guide you step by step – during rehabilitation after injury or surgery of the ankle or knee, for scoliosis, back pain, and more.
You can find exercises all over the internet. What's missing is the sequence: Which exercise is right for you now – and when is the right time for the next step? PHYSIO ON takes care of that for you. We do the thinking, you do the exercises.
How PHYSIO ON works
• Quick assessment: Before you start, you answer a few questions about your current condition. This ensures you begin at the appropriate intensity level – neither too easy nor too difficult.
• Intensity levels instead of "pushing through": After each exercise, you provide brief feedback. Your plan adapts and increases at your own pace. If it gets too much, simply take a step back.
• Video tutorials: Our physiotherapists demonstrate each exercise step by step in a video – clearly explained and ad-free.
• Minimal time required: A few targeted physiotherapy exercises a day, at home, and usually without equipment. Consistency is more effective than many different exercises.
