Whenever I'm in the Routing tab, and press and hold a destination, first I get a popup box that states, "Fetching data. This may take longer in the free version." Then a second popup box states, "Routing service currently unavailable. Please try again later." I've tried a couple of days in a row. Am I doing it incorrectly? Or is the required service truly down?

Hi Phil, it may happen that the routing service of the free version is temporarily not available. I just checked it and it is working. If not on your side please write me a mail in which area you are trying to get a route. Note that this is however only a trial version. For dedicated cycling routing checkout the Pro version.
Best regards

This is the best cycle computer hands down. Also the cheapest. I've used it many times before. People who talk about this being a knockoff or not intuitive enough are not aware of the apps strengths, they should probably stick to simple, or more expensive products like Garmin navigation. You can set the type of maps you want to use, the type of bike(road/mountain/touring and more) all of this changes the route calculated. You can also put a premade map what you made on your computer into the navigation. The real time navigation is not the best but the combination of that and opencyclemaps is great. The colours are easily recognisable, and it routes you to more cyclist friendly roads unlike strava or Gmaps especially here where the cyclic navigation is not available on those services

A severe grin from the idea of still more means to undetected short range travel dashed herein. Yup. Tracking & mapping whereabouts via the same mobile phones in which you keep information & maps & such is here & real. Demands all access to control mic & camera & operating system via remote control. Not a cool thing.
