SHIFTDECK SITE is the mobile app for fitters and site managers in companies that use SHIFTDECK.
IMPORTANT — YOU NEED AN ACCOUNT FROM YOUR COMPANY
This app is not a standalone service. On first start you enter the address of your employer's SHIFTDECK server or scan the QR code you received from your company. Without that account the app cannot be used.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See your sites, sorted by due date — with address, crew and schedule
• Write the site diary: weather, workforce, hours, work carried out
• Record measurements, position by position, with quantity, unit and total
• Create day-work reports and have the customer sign them
• Request material and follow its way from the store to the site
• Trip log, vehicle costs and allowances
• Tools and machines: where things are, who has them, when the next inspection is due
• Scan an item's QR code and move it to a site, a vehicle or the store
• Survey a site and record the situation as a picture
• Sign off completion on the phone
KEEP WORKING WITHOUT A NETWORK
On site you stand in a basement, behind reinforced concrete or in a dead spot. What you enter there is remembered and goes out by itself once there is reception again. You can always see what is still waiting.
FIVE LANGUAGES
German, English, Turkish, Polish and Romanian. You choose the language in the app itself — when signing in and later under "More" — independently of your phone's language.
NO ADVERTISING, NO TRACKING
The app contains no advertising, no analytics and no trackers. Your data lives on your company's server, not with us.
REQUIREMENTS
Android 8.0 or newer and a user account on your employer's SHIFTDECK installation, with the "Trades & Construction" module enabled.
