About this app

SHIFTDECK GARDEN MANAGER is the app for everyone who manages buildings—from caretakers to property managers. It's part of the SHIFTDECK business software and connects to your company's server.

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH IT

• Property file—address, contact person, emergency service, keys and access codes, equipment, meters, and contracted services. Downloaded once before your trip, then available even in the basement without a network connection.

• Inspection deadlines with a traffic light system—smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, heating, drinking water. Overdue, today, soon: always in that order.

• Walkthrough—point by point, three large buttons: OK, deficient, not verifiable. Every deficient result in a service request.

• Report defects anytime—even outside the checklist, with up to ten photos, apartment or stairwell, and a note indicating who is responsible for the costs.

• Paper reports—defect report after the walkthrough, inspection certificate with device numbers, defect sheet for tenants or owners. Save as a PDF, send by email, or print.

• Register on-site — via NFC sticker on the property or at a station, otherwise via location. The verification clearly indicates the validity of the service.

• Appointments — elevator inspection, maintenance, sewer inspection: with time, company, and tappable phone number. Optional reminder and calendar entry.

• Shopping list — note what's missing at the property and check it off at the hardware store, including price, retailer, and receipt. The office can see what each purchase was for.

• Read meter readings and manage work orders through to completion.

BUILT FOR WORK ON BUILDINGS

Large touch surfaces for use with gloves. Dark interface that remains readable even in bright light. All recorded data is first stored on the device and later transmitted — there's no network coverage in the basement, and verification must not be lost there.

YOUR SERVER, YOUR DATA

The app has no separate address or account. It connects to your company's SHIFTDECK installation — the data remains there. Without SHIFTDECK server access and your employer's login credentials, the app cannot be used in the workplace.

Your employer determines which areas you can see through your SHIFTDECK access rights.
