The new SENSO app combines all the functions that employees in the area of (partially) inpatient and outpatient geriatric care as well as outpatient care need: extensive functions from human resources and duty planning as well as all relevant information and features for care and support documentation.
From the duty scheduling area, employees can find out about their working time and vacation accounts, submit new vacation requests and view the approval status of vacation requests that have already been submitted. If time recording is used in the facility, it is also possible to stamp the start of work, breaks and business trips as well as the end of work. It is possible to view all future rosters, as well as to transmit service requests, which can be taken into account directly in SENSO by those responsible for planning.
Functions for (partially) inpatient and outpatient care and support will be added in subsequent updates.
Of course, all functions in the app can be authorized via the corresponding role in SENSO.
The app can be operated on private or work cell phones or smartphones. A separate license is required for each user. If necessary, please contact our SENSO sales department.
