Ratings and reviews

Since my last review in January, and despite comments I received from the dev team, nothing has improved. I get emails that announce documents, but the documents are not in the inbox. Foreign-currency positions are not represented properly. Biometrics login does not work (and yes, I have enabled it in security settings). The look and feel (green and black) looks mysterious, but the information presented is insufficient compared to other brokers.

The app has mostly reached acceptible quality now, but entering values using the numerical keyboard (price or quantity) is frustrating. I often have to tap a digit multiple times and it's easy to make a mistake this way. Is some logic blocking the UI update? Please make pressing number pad keys as responsive as it should be in 2024. Other apps don't have such frustrating flaws.

What is the purpose of the animation that was added on 10.04.2024? My phone is not new and the animation looks ugly and irritating. I am a user of Degiro application and can say that their application is more professional. There are a lot of settings there and I can get much much more information about a company: forecasts, tax statements, primary holders etc... I would recommend a product manager to focus on the features, not animations.
