Update: After consideration of the reply, I have updated my review to 4/5 stars. When playing "stored" content, the video cast was fine. I was able to see and hear stored videos that I took myself. However, my intention was to stream published content from phone to TV. Apparently, this isnt allowed. -- Did NOT work for me. LG TV, Samsung Phone. I get Audio but no video from streaming content. I can see the phone settings and get Closed Captions. If only you could get the video to stream thru.

works totally fine. free version is very bare bones but it does the job done. which is cast your phone screen to the bigger screen. problem is you need to pay for better quality and for the sounds to be casted too. If you are thinking of using a game to screencast to the tv, it's not good. because of latency. just use a USB to HDMI. It works much better that way.

Never have I ever been more pestered by ads and other pop-ups that disrupt use of an app. Aside from the persistent banner ad along the bottom, before I even got to casting I had at least three pop-ups requesting I purchase the "pro" version which simply allows the app to function as you would expect (with sound, which isn't available without the "pro' version"), or that prompted me to leave a review for the app. Deceptively labeled buttons in some ads for pro.
