myDVG Bus&Bahn
In addition to timetable information and ticket purchases, the myDVG Bus&Bahn app offers you other helpful functions. This makes traveling by bus and train in Duisburg and NRW even easier.
Simple menu navigation via the start page
The app is easy to use: you can access it with just one click directly above the start page

buy tickets
You can buy all regular VRR tickets via the myDVG app and set tickets as favorites.
Please note: If the start of validity cannot be set before purchasing a ticket (query month/date/time), the ticket is valid immediately after purchase and can no longer be edited. The ticket must be presentable on the smartphone before entering the vehicles.
You can see the tickets you have bought under the menu item “My Tickets”.
Pay contactless
Simply select from these payment options when registering and pay contactless: credit card, PayPal or direct debit.
Keep an eye on multi-journey tickets
The myDVG Bus&Bahn app shows you clearly how many journeys you can still make with your 4 or 10 ticket.
ticket check
If you store your Ticket1000, Ticket2000 or 24-hour ticket in the myDVG Bus&Bahn app, it will check whether you need an additional ticket for this journey when you search for a connection.
eezy tariff – VRR & NRW
Check in. Drive off. Check out and only pay for the kilometers as the crow flies – eezy! With eezy you only pay for what you actually use as the crow flies. No more price levels or tariff limits throughout NRW!

From A to B with the timetable information
The myDVG Bus&Bahn app finds the fastest connection by bus and train for you throughout Germany. If the location function (GPS) is activated, the app automatically uses your current location as the start or end point. You can also enter stops, addresses or special places manually or via the map.
In addition, the integrated map function helps you with orientation, including for footpaths.
Bicycle routing and bike sharing
You want to combine bike and public transport? Simply select your ride and tap the bike icon. You can already see the route by bike to the stop or from the last stop to your destination.
And to store your bike safely at the train station, the app shows you free parking spaces in the DeinRadschloss parking facilities at many stops in the VRR area.
Don't ride your own bike? The app tells you where there are available rental bikes.
Own settings
You can set the timetable information, the departure monitor or tickets as the start page in the myDVG Bus&Bahn app and change them at any time. There are also numerous personalization options in terms of accessibility, speed and means of transport. In the main menu you can set your most common goals, name them (e.g. work, home...), assign them your own icons and colors.
Regular routes? Personalized Connections!
Customize the myDVG Bus&Bahn app to suit your needs: save important connections or daily routes as favorites and subscribe to information on individual lines and connections to be up to date on delays. If you don't want to or can't use all means of transport, set up your app to suit you. The journey alarm clock also reminds you when it is time to leave for the bus stop.
