Ratings and reviews

Doesn't work. Simply put. It keeps saying to finish my profile which is finished. It refuses any payment methods saying they are no longer supported. And on top of that it won't let me delete my account which means my personal info is stuck in this app forever.

App works ok, but did not translate that the RB19 train was replaced by a bus. So we missed the first replacement bus. The next bus that came was a city bus that took over 2,5 hours to cover 100km from Oberhausen to Arnhem. Never again traveling with RB19/VRR!

Love the new update as now they show trip alternatives and how often the same route is available.
