DON'T BUY FROM WESTWING. Orders get cancelled just before delivery time. I waited 10 weeks for a sofa to arrive, and even re-checked the delivery time with their support center. All seemed legit by then... until on week 10, they cancelled my order with no reason whatsoever. First they make you wait and then leave you empty handed with no explanation. SCAMMERS.

Online decor shopping made easy. Although the ability to search by keyword/item across all current sales would make shopping even easier. Online browsing on the app is often done during those in-between times -- on public transport, on the queue, lunch break, etc. -- when you're not ready to finalize the purchase. Remembering all the details to track down items at a more convenient time can be tricky.

Was trying to purchase a couple of items today which seemed to be available - not sold, not reserved, added them in the basket just fine, I could see the "2" hanging on the basket icon and the time 19:58 sec left for purchasing, but a second later, when clicked on it to check out, the items had disappeared. Had to go back and repeat the whole process again about ten times, but the same problem happened. Then in a few moments somebody bought one of them. VERY DISAPPOINTED :-(
