Ratings and reviews

cannot order products, which is ironic considering this is a shopping app. The app works well with choosing the products and checking out. It gets stuck at 'pay and place order', doesn't matter which payment method, doesn't matter which time of day, the app keeps saying that 'something went wrong, try again later'. IT- please look into this problem on Zalando.de

I have been a customer for years, consistently using the Plus account and always paying on time. However, it's ridiculous that I can no longer choose my payment method myself, and that I can't pick up my order at the post office, which is really annoying. The app itself has also undergone bad changes, for example, we can no longer filter by brands, and the color filter doesn't work either. I'm going to cancel my premium account and not recommend this app at all.

enjoy the app, the possibilities of filtering that it offers and the brands it covers. one thing it still lacks is the possibility to filter out one's favourites that are currently on sale. also, I wish there were more details about the sustainability of the garments and that there is always (when on a model) listed the info of the model height/weight and size he/she is wearing, it would really help.
