Ratings and reviews

The app seems to have improved over the years nicely, long ago my main complain was about getting bothered with marketing notifications but those seem to be gone and at least they added a channel in the notification permission to disable marketing. The store has always been great and the app makes it easy to order and follow orders without getting in the way.

When I reinstalled the app, my wishlist and previous orders data was gone. I can only see it in a browser. Also you can't switch through tabs without it resetting your whole search. edit: I had to switch back to the Romanian shop, then it was throwing an error when I tried to access my account and cart. After another reinstall and after carefully choosing the Romanian shop BEFORE logging in, I could finally access everything 🙄

I don't understand how this app has such high ratings. Nothing works. Just like someone else said in their review, it's like the app and the zooplus site on browser are two completely different things. I ordered only from browser until now, because I kept having issues when trying to complete the order on the app, and when I go to the app, the order list is empty, zooplus relax shows like it's never been used, the cart has nothing to do with the browser cart. It's really bad.
