Kanban is a workflow visualization tool for managing your tasks in a highly efficient way. Cards are added to the TODO list, then moved to DOING and DONE.

Limiting Work-in-progress is the cornerstone of Kanban. You can set the desired upper limit to the DOING list in the app settings.

Analyze your performance with the help of a chart, that shows the periodic summary of your activity.

All completed tasks are archived, so you can review them later. Completion time is tracked automatically.

The ONLY reasons this app doesn't get 5 ⭐ from me are that it hasn't been updated since 2019, and the ad-free option link doesn't work for me. I've been looking for a good, simple-but-not-too-simple kanban board app and have tried everything. This is the ONLY one that fit my needs/wants. If it got some TLC with UI enhancements and user options (colors, text size, etc) it would rise to the top of the category and make a mint! 💰 (I hope the dev is okay!)

Pleasantly simple to use. For improvement, I feel it needs the ability to configure what columns are part of each board. I want to be able to put Doing tasks into a parking lot when they are blocked by something such that you can't make progress on then until a condition is met. Such tasks should not contribute to your wip load.

Nice and simple. However it missed out on 5 stars because its too simple, the interface is fixed. It would be good if you could add an optional bucket ofr "Waiting On" ie tasks that you have to wait for an external input, but they still take a slot on the "doing" list
