Present helps you break the reflex to open distracting apps. Set daily open limits, let Present enforce them with Android’s usage access controls and on-device blocking, and stay focused on what matters. Choose the apps that derail your day, cap how many times you can launch them, and get a gentle intervention when you’re done. Limits reset automatically at midnight, so every day starts fresh.

Present is a screen-time control app: it lists every installed app so you can pick which ones to limit, set daily open counts, and block them when limits are hit. Without full visibility of installed apps, the core experience—choosing apps to manage, enforcing limits, and showing accurate usage—doesn’t work. Present prominently uses this “all apps” view to power its main features: selection, limit setting, and blocking.
