Follow the journeys of the Bible on a map.

From Abraham's migration to Paul's transport to Rome, the fifteen journeys recorded in the Bible are depicted as lines on the map. Movements that appear as a single line when reading text are seen as distances on the map. The fact that Elijah fled 150 km from Jezreel to Beersheba and another 300 km from there to Horeb becomes tangible only when viewed on a map.

Divided into six eras from the Patriarchal Age to the Gospels, you can toggle the display on and off by era.

· Distribution of the 12 Tribes
The land divided by Joshua is viewed as the territory of each tribe. We have also included the reason why the Levite tribe did not receive land.

· Northern and Southern Kingdoms
The territories of Northern Israel and Southern Judah, and the border where the two nations met.

■ Key Points We Focused On

· Land routes are distinguished by solid lines, while sea routes are distinguished by dotted lines. This is because connecting them with the same line makes it appear as if one is walking on the sea.

· Locations with uncertain status are marked as "Estimated Location." There are quite a few places in the Bible where only names remain and the actual location is unknown; if we mark them as certain, there is no way to realize later that they were merely estimates.

· Each point is accompanied by a Bible verse and a one-line explanation. The modern-day place name is also displayed.

■ Things to Note

· An internet connection is required because the map background is downloaded.

· There are no accounts or logins. We do not collect any personal information.

· The Bible text is not included. Only chapter and verse notations are displayed.
