About this app

Findroid is a third-party Android application for Jellyfin that provides a native user interface to browse and play movies and series.

To use this app you must have a Jellyfin server.

You can also download movies and TV shows for offline playback while on the road.
And with the built-in mpv player you are sure that all media formats will play correctly including styled SSA/ASS subtitles.

Nice App! I LOVE that it gives me one feature that the official app (and Plex) won't give me (for free) - downloads!! I use it all the time. The only thing it doesn't do is stream audiobooks which the official app can do. What is odd is I have a collection in the books section that is all .mp3 files, which my device can play. A small price to pay to allow downloads. Look forward to future features :)

This is exactly what I'm looking for. Fast, very nice Material You implementation, and everything that you would expect from a Jellyfin client. The one place where it's lacking, like almost every client lacks, is Home page customization. Maybe new rows for a collection of your choice, maybe genre sections, maybe 'Because You Watched,' there are many options. There are default sections and there is an "Interface" page, so hopefully this is in the works.

An excellent app with a glaring omission I love this app so much. The UI is faster, prettier and more responsive. It clearly has an enormous amount of love put into it, and I wish I could use it. Unfortunately, it doesn't yet support quality selection, and so tries to stream at a quality that is greater than my home network is capable of uploading when I am travelling.
