About this app

Findroid is a third-party Android application for Jellyfin that provides a native user interface to browse and play movies and series.

To use this app you must have a Jellyfin server.

You can also download movies and TV shows for offline playback while on the road.
And with the built-in mpv player you are sure that all media formats will play correctly including styled SSA/ASS subtitles.

Nice App! I LOVE that it gives me one feature that the official app (and Plex) won't give me (for free) - downloads!! I use it all the time. The only thing it doesn't do is stream audiobooks which the official app can do. What is odd is I have a collection in the books section that is all .mp3 files, which my device can play. A small price to pay to allow downloads. Look forward to future features :)

Incredible. Controls are way better than big name streaming apps, faster playback than official jellyfin app, and supports download for offline viewing! My only real gripe is finding specific content needs work, particularly the ability to jump to say entries starting with say 'R'.

it would be incredibly good if there was support for music and good e-book support (it's hard to find a decent e-book reader app, and with the self-host approach it would be a completely new level of quality) I give it 4 stars, but if eBooks and music appear it will definitely be 5. Great app
