Tuition Tab is a simple client book for private tutors. Keep your students, your weekly lesson schedule, your attendance and your payments in one place — and always know exactly who still owes you.

Most tutors track this in their head, in a notebook, or in a spreadsheet that never gets updated. Tuition Tab is built around the part that actually costs you money: the outstanding balance.

• Students — name, contact, hourly rate and notes, all in one list
• Recurring lessons — set a weekly slot once and it repeats
• Today view — see today's lessons in order, mark attended or cancelled in one tap
• Payments — record what a student pays, whenever they pay it
• Balances — every student shows what they still owe, calculated automatically from attended lessons minus payments

FREE AND PRO
Free covers up to 5 students, with the full schedule, attendance, payments and balances — and backup is free too. Tuition Tab Pro adds unlimited students and invoice/receipt PDFs, as a monthly or yearly subscription.

Tuition Tab is for solo tutors running their own practice: private tutors, music teachers, language teachers, exam coaches and anyone who teaches a regular roster and gets paid for it directly.

What’s new

New: edit or delete payments and lessons, an Archived students list with Unarchive, and backup export is now free. Archived students who still owe stay in your total. Fixed: saving could fail after an update, amounts typed with a comma (12,50), the week view after clock changes, invoices with non-Latin names, separate totals per currency, restore now brings back practice and repertoire. The free version shows a small banner on Owed and Students; Pro removes it.
