Bucket List Commit is a bucket list app for writing down what you want to do in life — and staying with it until it's done. It's not a to-do app: the date you completed something, and the note you wrote that day, build up into a log of your life.

■ One line, the moment it comes to you
The things you want to do show up when you least expect them. Tap the button on the home screen, write one line, and it's saved. The category is chosen for you from what you typed, so there's nothing to pick. You can also add from the widget, a long-press on the launcher icon, or by sharing from another app.

■ Not sure what to write? Start from a list
Around 490 ready-made ideas ship with the app, so you can start by picking the ones that catch your eye. No sign-in needed.

■ Finishing something deserves a moment
The only celebration is the moment you check something off — brief, quiet, then back to a calm screen.

■ Look back whenever you like
Completion rate, completions over time, by category, by decade of life. Every analysis on the stats screen is free. It's there to show you your own path, not to make you compete.

■ You don't have to do it alone
Browse buckets other people have made public and add any of them to your own list with one tap. Send likes with friends, or work through a single bucket together. Visibility is per bucket, and the default is friends only.

■ Your data stays yours
Your data lives on your device first, and a backup restores it when you switch phones or reinstall.

■ Take it further, if you want to
A bucket with a due date can go to Google Calendar as an event. Your list exports to CSV, Markdown, PDF, or Google Sheets, and can sync two-way with your own GitHub repository — edit from the app or from GitHub, either way. All of it is optional. We wanted leaving to always be your choice.

■ Notifications that stay out of the way
A reminder on the morning something is due, a completion from this day last year, a gentle nudge for buckets that have gone quiet. All optional, with your own quiet hours and daily limit. Off by default.

■ Choose a look that stays calm
Alongside the free themes there are six premium themes, each a one-time purchase. Backgrounds, icons, and share images all change together.

Payment is charged to your store account. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your account settings.
