Never run out of your meds again.
MedTrack watches your medication supply so you don't have to. Enter what you
take and how often — MedTrack counts down your remaining supply day by day and
warns you before you run out, so there's time to refill.
Scan the label. Point your camera at a prescription label and MedTrack
fills in the medication name, quantity, and doses per day for you. Scanning
happens entirely on your phone.
Dose reminders. Optional reminders at up to four times a day — gentle
notifications or a full alarm, your choice.
Refill warnings. Pick how many days of warning you want. MedTrack
notifies you when a medication is about to run out.
100% local — nothing leaves your phone.
No account. No sign-up. No server.
No ads, no tracking, no analytics, no crash reporting.
MedTrack does not have internet permission, so it cannot send your data
anywhere — not even to the developer.
Everything you enter stays in the app's private storage on your device.
The only exceptions are ones you choose: Android's own backup (to your own
Google account, controlled by your Android settings) and backup files you
export yourself.
MedTrack is completely free, with every feature unlocked.

and not medical advice. Its counts are estimates based on what you enter. It is
made by a one-person team, provided as-is without warranty, and has not been
through large-scale beta testing, so bugs are possible. Use it at your own risk,
and don't rely on it as your only safeguard against running out of a medication
or missing a dose. Always confirm your supply and schedule with your pharmacist
or prescriber.

What’s new

Reminders now have three modes: Quiet, Notifications, and Alarm. Set one for the whole app, or override it for a single medication. Alarm mode schedules exact alarms and asks for the permission Android requires, so reminders arrive on time. Other reminders are now delivered close to their set time rather than up to an hour late.
