About this app

QRdly scans and creates QR codes: quickly, without an account, and without sending anything anywhere.

SCANNING
• Point the camera at a code and it is recognised right away
• Reads QR codes, Aztec, Data Matrix, EAN-13, EAN-8, Code 128 and Code 39
• Reads codes from pictures already in your gallery, which additionally covers PDF417, UPC-A, UPC-E, ITF and Codabar
• Continuous mode goes through one code after another without stopping
• Sound and vibration feedback, both optional

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Depending on what a code contains, QRdly offers the action that fits: open a link, dial a number, write an email or a text message, join a Wi-Fi network. Nothing happens behind your back, opening links automatically stays switched off until you turn it on yourself.

CREATING CODES
Build your own codes for:
• Plain text
• Websites and links
• Wi-Fi access, so guests get online without typing your password
• Phone numbers
• SEPA bank transfers (EPC/Girocode)
• Emails with subject and message
• Text messages
• Whatever is currently on your clipboard

Save a finished code as an image, share it with any app, or keep it under a name of your choice in "My codes".

HISTORY
Every scan lands in a history you can go back to later. If you would rather it did not, switch it off in the settings and clear what is already there with a single tap.

PRIVACY
Everything happens on your device. QRdly has no server, no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. Scanned content is never transmitted anywhere. Scanning and creating work entirely offline.

BUILT THE WAY IT SHOULD BE
• Light and dark theme, or simply whatever your system is set to
• English, German, French and Spanish
• No access to your location, your contacts or your accounts

QRdly is free and complete! There is no paid version and nothing is held back. If the app saves you time, you can leave a voluntary tip in the settings. It unlocks nothing; it is simply a thank you.
