Unable to activate an account error. How does one fix this error? Also, as I'm coming from North America, I noticed that there's a different Planet Fitness app for this region, while the other Planet Fitness app includes: Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and United States. Region can change within the app easily. I wonder what type of gymnastics it would take just to add Australia in the region column 🤔 Anyways, any help on activating an account...

The potential is there but severely lacking. The home screen is ok, to set up it might take you a few tries even if a member. The 'social' tab is where it's REALLY lacking. You're only connected to your home gym and when searching for others nothing shows up. No groups at all, same for challenges. Nothing exists on the app, just at your local gym. Achievements are fun but these are vaguely explained. I only use the crowd meter, activity recorder and barcode, and that does me just fine.

When you want to pay through the app it is very difficult to find the right menu. Never been able to pay through app with out staff assistance. Could you make things easier to pay through the app? Every time you fail to pay on one day ahead, you pay a bugger amount due to the arrangement PLannet fitness made through third party payment system. It is frustrating. Could you fix this?????
