AI Weight Scale Estimator is a weight calculator app that works from a photograph: take one picture of an object and get what it weighs in grams. It names what it recognized as well, so you get more than a bare figure - you can see which object the number belongs to.

📷 How the digital scale app works
1. Photograph the object, or pick one out of your gallery. Fruit, a coin, a hand tool, a cut of meat, coffee beans before they go in the grinder.
2. The app checks the shot first: object centered, enough light, no motion blur, nothing else crowding the frame. If a check fails, retake it.
3. An AI vision model reads size, shape, color and material, names the object and calculates an estimated weight from all four. That step runs online, so you need an internet connection.
4. Every reading lands in a history kept on the device. Entries can be reopened or deleted one at a time, and the whole list clears from the settings. The list also keeps a running total of everything weighed so far.

🎯 What a result looks like
A result is two things: the name of the object and an estimated weight. Units are in settings, either grams and kilograms or ounces and pounds, and the history follows whichever you pick. If a figure looks wrong, shoot the object again.

🎓 First run
A few cards on first launch cover framing, light and what to stand the object on. The last one is live: point the camera at something on your desk and the app tells you whether the frame is usable, too dark, or empty. The same four checks run on every photo you take after that.

💡 Getting a closer estimate
This weight scale app has nothing to work from except the picture, so the photo is the main variable. Four things matter.

1️⃣ Light. Daylight or a well-lit room. A dark frame hides the texture that tells the model what the object is made of, and material is half the answer.

2️⃣ Background matters almost as much. A plain table, a sheet of paper, the floor. Patterned surfaces make the object harder to separate from what sits behind it.

3️⃣ Shoot the whole object at a slight tilt rather than straight down. A top-down photo flattens it, and volume carries a lot of the result. From directly above, a tall jar and a flat lid look much the same.

4️⃣ A size reference is optional but it usually helps. Lay a coin, a battery or a ruler flat beside the object and the model has a known size to work against. Coins are easiest to find, and one denomination is always the same size. A ruler works better for anything long.

🧠 What is behind the number
There is no scale in the phone and no sensor behind the glass. Most weighing scales run on a load cell: a kitchen scale has one, a jewelry scale a finer one for gold weight and silver weight, a postage scale a larger one for parcel weight. This digital scale app works from an image instead. A neural network figures out what the object is, how large it is and what it's made of, then puts a weight to it from reference data for objects of that kind. The object never touches the phone. That makes it a weight scale estimator, not a pocket scale or a gram scale with hardware inside.
