horrible setup, had to use 20 min and it barely works. the scan code function did not work and so on. I don't understand how apps like this can pass QA for production

Slightly frustrating that you can only input credit card info once you are at a charger + there is a surcharge of 224dkk to get started. To make matters worse, during my initial setup it failed twice after I input my credit card info, but 3rd times the charm.. not sure if I've been charged 3 x 224dkk though. Once you've gotten through the hassle of the initial setup it works without a hitch. Suggestion: Add support for adding a credit card at any time, not only while you are at a charger

The app has been working fine for a long while but recently it stopped showing Clever chargers on the map. Chargers belonging to partners are shown, but not their own. Update: I fixed the issue by reinstalling the app.

Hi A. We have changed filters with the latest release but simply made new filters with our supercharges directly on the map. Have you checked your filter settings to see if everything looks ok? Cheers, Lotte/app team
