The platform is difficult to navigate, with updates that often break functionality and take days—or weeks—to resolve. From a developer’s standpoint, the architecture feels disorganized. Authentication isn’t weak, but it's poorly optimized and could be improved. Notifications, both in-app and via email, lack clarity and detail. It's disappointing that such a widely used national app is this poorly executed.

Login doesn't work, properly due the bugs in MitID where you can login using Firefox on Android, but this just make the app useless

Much better that e-boks in every way, I really love the app. The only problem is that the app is useless. The problem is, that the app does not handle mail from companies such as IDA, only government mail. This means that you cannot replace e-boks with Digital Post (I really wish I could). You can only supplement e-boks and get a lot of double notifications. If the app could replace e-boks, it would be an easy 5 stars from me. Right now, the app has no reason to exist, so I only give 1 star.
