About this app

Welcome to Nordea!

The app puts the entire bank in the palm of your hand, enabling you to do most of your banking swiftly, smoothly and securely.

You can test the demo version of the app without logging in. You can access it through Menu before logging in. All information in the demo version is fictitious.

Examples of what you can do in the app:

YOUR OVERVIEW
In the Overview tab, you can view and manage all your finances in one place. You can add, hide or rearrange the order of your content to personalise your experience. Quick actions take you straight to several functions, such as Search, helping you find what you need. If you have other banks, you can also add them to get a better overview of your finances.

PAYMENTS AND TRANSFERS
Pay your bills and transfer money, both between your own accounts or to a friend. Here, you can also add and manage direct debits, simplifying your everyday life.

MANAGE YOUR CARDS
Connect cards and wearables to Google Pay for contactless payments. If you forgot your PIN-code, you can view it here. You can also block your card if needed, and we’ll send you a new one automatically. Choose the geographic areas where your credit card can be used and by restricting use for online shopping so you can feel safer and better control of your payments.

SAVINGS AND INVESTMENTS
It’s easy to keep track of your savings and see how they are performing. Start saving monthly, trade in funds and stocks, or set a goal for your savings. Get suggestions and ideas for new investments through Find Investments.

DISCOVER NEW PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
In the Services tab, you can open different accounts, apply for credit cards or loans, get digital advice for long-term savings, and much more.

GET BETTER CONTROL OF YOUR FINANCES
The Insights tab gives you a clear overview of your income and expenditure. Your spending is divided into categories to give you a deeper understanding where your money is going. Here, you can make your own budgets to make it easier to plan and keep track of your expenditure.

WE'RE HERE FOR YOU
The Help tab contains all the information you need to get help with your banking. Use the Search function, see frequently asked questions and answers, or chat with us directly. If you call us through the app, you’ve already identified yourself, so we can help you faster.

Ratings and reviews

1) It's extremely difficult to navigate this multi layered app and just find a document to be signed. 2) You can't create your own categories in "Insights". 3) Transfers to savings account categorized as expense. 4) You can't see expenses without mortgage payment and savings transfers. 5) Nordea doesn't allow you to pay with Dankort using contactless. 6) Nordnet is more user friendly for investing and saving.

Some of us have bills to pay and food to buy. Continuous issues, transfers that don't want to work, no humans to actually talk to (just bots) , and terrible reliability. That's Nordea to you. Edit: many years later, I want to confirm, the app is still absolute ***. Among the other million issue that the app has that you could write a book about, the primary one is that you. cannot. make. payments on the phone, because the app does. not. know. how. to. redirect back the app itself after mitid.

More great than terrible EDIT: I enjoy the app and I would give 5 stars if the app would function properly all the time. As an example, the app was not accessible on Friday 27th February, which is last day of the month (salary comes, many payments are done). I understand that there might have been some technical difficulties, but it would be great if it was less common and not on important days like this one

What’s new

· Make online shopping smoother by activating Click to Pay under card settings
· You can edit the order of quick actions from Show all
· You need to verify your contact information if it has not previously been verified or if you have changed it
