2024 update - the app is much improved. You don't need to keep re-pairing it. However, with the latest updates, now it freezes on the white opening screen. Come on resound, don't do this to us! Please get this fixed 2022 review - I'm with everyone else. I basically can't use the aids because of the app. It keeps disconnecting, even though I am holding the phone, a galaxy S10+.

Nice app but too many bugs. Keeps disconnecting from one ear or the other. Sometimes phone goes in hearing aids sometimes not. Keep setting favorites and the next time you start the app they are gone. Have the app going and want to adjust something and the app has closed, so restart and usually have to reconnect, favorites are gone.... Cheap ear buds have more dependable apps than these expensive things do. And no noise cancelling abilities. It's very disappointing.

Nice pair of ears compared to the originals I was given at first. I WOULD have appreciated a set that worked better with Android, but oh well, they're VA issued!!! LOL...Honestly, these ARE ULTRA-RELIABLE, ESPECIALLY in and around WATER which I give 5 stars for, so truth be told, I've NEVER really had an issue with em aside from them being kinda finicky from time to time, and would prefer more flexibility in the programming, but oh well...Mostly, it's wax buildup and cleaning over time, so...
