You have to have this to get the points, but it must not be maintained. the schedule donation (get 25 extra points) doesn't let you schedule until the month starts so if your day is the 1st you can't get points because you can't schedule it. also the payment estimates are sometimes inaccurate. the badge for reading articles and asking AI bot questions is not functional. you can't get these badges so don't waste your time. I think the AI is a misnomer, it must really be a FAQ lookup.

Full of bugs. First: why do I have enter my donor ID every time I open the app on a different network. Second: why doesnt it recognize my donor ID. Third: why does it always fail to send me the email code when I choose email as 2 factor authentication. Fourth: why can't I update my phone number in the app when it does let me log on. Fifth: why can't I see my and redeem my donor rewards when I am logged in. Most importantly this is an awful app that needs to be rebuilt ground up.

The app is buggy and hardly ever works, As well as the points redemption system NEVER working but still taking your points. I've tried to redeem gift cards through ked 3 different times and not ONCE have I ever received them.
