I love that It has different exercises for each day & you can do them even if you have backpain, because they help you strengthen the muscles around your weakest link. The only aspect to improve is that after a circuit, the phone locks if on power saving mode

My goodness, the ads. I couldn't even see where the workout was. The WHOLE thing is clickbait. I'd happily pay for premium if I had any idea what I was paying for. (EDIT: to the developer: Thanks for the reply, but maybe tone back the ads to give people a chance to see what you're offering and you might get premium customers.) Good exercises, not appropriate for back pain though. And far too rushed. Whole programme over very quickly.

This is truly a wonderful app with great bunch of exercises. I was once suffering from back pain because of my poor posture but after using this app my back pain got disappeared and my posture got better.
