Overall I liked the app, however if you could add in to all the workouts the reverse of the move rather than the animated human just magically returning to beginning of pose. And the one legged pose if there were time to do the other leg. Only shows to lift left leg.

Now the app is pretty simple and easy to use. Though the app stops opening after three days of having it. I read in an older review that someone was having the same problem, to which you said it was fixed, and the problem seem to be a continuous thing. It still hasn't been fixed.

Like that they name the poses, give you 15 sec to see what it should look like. But they don't give you breathing instructions. and theres no flow to the exercises. Theres a lot of up and down too with no explanation on how to get up or down so its very choppy.
