This app is Arcaic! It desperately needs to be updated. The stores are constantly canceling my order for lack of product even when the app shows product. Additionally, when you're looking for a product for pickup, you can not search available stores in an area. It is rare that an order is fulfilled.

DSG has a disjointed ecosystem. Signing up to the app uses a username. Signing up online uses an email. Signed up using app, tried to buy something and checkout wants me to checkout as a guest. Went to do it on computer and had to sign up again. Now this leaves me with multiple rewards points card numbers. It needs to be addressed, this shouldn't be an issue for an established company. Also the app needs a whats in store search and display ability pretty significantly.

Absolutely horrible. I bought a bicycle from the store. It was put together horribly, and the brakes didn't work correctly. I shopped on the app ONE TIME, and they keep telling me the order was attempted. But won't say why, or help resolve the issue. I'm thinking about taking a box cutter in the store with me from now on, and "shopping".
