Worst app for online ordering. Inputs are constantly erased and have to be re-entered, will not accept correct addresses, and customer service had no answers but to basically just freeze and wait for me to hang up in frustration. I even wasted a twenty dollar coupon on an order that was canceled for no reason. Local store manager had no answer except to say there are problems but no solutions. Stay away!!! This app is not legitimate or ready for online ordering. It's so bad it might be criminal.

This app sucks. Downloaded just so I wouldn't be charged $8.99 for shipping some Nike shoes. I download the app and the 1 pair of shoes I wanted is sold out in 2 minutes of downloading the app. So I pick 4 other pairs and they either don't have the size, or they have the size but can't ship it and you can't pick it up in the store. Sweet, so how do I buy/receive it?? Waste of time and never purchasing anything from here again.

DSG has a disjointed ecosystem. Signing up to the app uses a username. Signing up online uses an email. Signed up using app, tried to buy something and checkout wants me to checkout as a guest. Went to do it on computer and had to sign up again. Now this leaves me with multiple rewards points card numbers. It needs to be addressed, this shouldn't be an issue for an established company. Also the app needs a whats in store search and display ability pretty significantly.
