Customers service doesn't help much (i think not at all) and asking for high ratings by the end of the call without even solving the issue. They changed my postpaid plan without me knowing. and later i asked to return my plan which i did request many times. But they can't due to the plan im using for years(6) is only limited offer. but instead they offered me with the same fees but rubbish benefits. The worst part is that when you call they'll tell you to visit their shop and vice versa.

Just a few days into the connection and my response is that, the du network is terrible. Made a big mistake taking this connection. No support from the app. No way to interact with the customer care until you spend a fortune in making a call to them. Till date app is still looking for my contract. It's only money that these agents and du are worried about. I was promised a speed of 750 Mbps but what I get is hardly 55 Mbps max (avg of upload and download). Television stopped working as well.

Esaad discount was applied to my plan when i purchased it in Feb 2024. April bill esaad discount wasn't applied. Upon contacting i was told that my esaad discount has been terminated. No idea Why? No notification. No information. The rep said you'll have to visit Du store which i absolutely refuse to. Reinstate my esaad discount or give me good reasons. Also ive been charged 50 aed twice for Internet calling pack which was supposed to be included in the package. I am feeling scammed.
