Ratings and reviews

Updating review. payments don't work. payments don't go thru and keep giving error. After payment, doesn't update payment for hours and so every month end up making double payment. Forgot password doesn't works since Du SMS / email system never sends out a Pin. Basic. The app and website is so buggy that they had to come up with a feature to 'Quick Pay' only using account number without logging in. One message is constant.... 'loading.......'

Customers service doesn't help much (i think not at all) and asking for high ratings by the end of the call without even solving the issue. They changed my postpaid plan without me knowing. and later i asked to return my plan which i did request many times. But they can't due to the plan im using for years(6) is only limited offer. but instead they offered me with the same fees but rubbish benefits. The worst part is that when you call they'll tell you to visit their shop and vice versa.

Very poor customer service, if it even exists. They force you to deal with the automated responder, which never transfers you to a customer service agent regardless of the reason. Secondly, they impose additional charges without justification and do not allow you to cancel the monthly plan you subscribed to, even after the contract period has ended. They automatically renew it, which is unacceptable to anyone.
